Commencing in 1975 MF Brennan & CO boasts plenty of real estate experience with Proprietor Terry O'Rafferty sharing his wealth of knowledge with Property Manager Meg Schmidt, Property Officer Amelia Murphy and Administration Robyn Armitage.

Terry O’Rafferty

Proprietor

Terry started his career in the financial sector before joining a local agency as a Real Estate Salesman in 1988.

As well as being a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Terry is also a Licensed Stock & Station, Business Agent and also an accredited Auctioneer.

Terry became Proprietor and Licensee of MF Brennan & Co in 1998, with his main focus on residential and rural sales.

Meg Schmidt

Property Manager

Meg commenced work at MF Brennan & Co in 2020 and completed her full Reall Estate & Stock & Station licence in 2022.

She has made an impressive start in property management and has extensive local knowledge and a strong work ethic.

Robyn Armitage

Administration

Robyn commenced work at MF Brennan & Co in 2021 and is currently working part time in the administration role.

Amelia Murphy

Property Officer in Training

Amelia, who is currently undergoing training to take over the property management department joined MF Brennan & Co in 2023 and is a determined and hardworking member of our office. Being a Temora local her whole life, Amelia has extensive knowledge of the local area and surrounding towns. Her attention to detail and tenacity is admired by both our landlords and tenants.
